Branson’s Nantucket, L.L.C., Lifetime Destinations Group, Inc., Branson’s Nantucket Village POA, Inc., Branson’s Nantucket Lakeside Resort Master Association, Inc., and their respective directors, officers, members, managers, managing members, agents, employees, and representatives (the “Released Parties”) shall not be liable to any person, including but not limited to any Beneficiary of the Lifetime Destinations Collection Trust, or their guests, family members, licensees, invitees, employees, agents, representatives, or contractors (the “Releasing Parties”) for any damage caused to their persons (including bodily injury and death) or their property in, on, about, or at the Branson’s Nantucket Resort or any building, improvement, accommodation, facility, or common area located thereon, even if the cause or damages or injuries are alleged to be the fault or caused by the negligence or carelessness of the Released Parties.  The Releasing Parties further agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against all claims, actions, causes of action, suits, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, of whatever nature, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of, or relating to, any act, omission, or negligence of the Releasing Parties.
